EARLY LIFERelated image
Education:
Dr Seuss is a famous publisher/ author, he has published over 60 books and his favorite books are ‘cat in hat’ and the ‘green eggs and ham’.

Theodore Seuss Geisel(real name)  was born on March 2, 1904, in Springfield, Massachusetts, to Theodore Robert Giselle, a successful brew master, and Henrietta Seuss Geisel. At age 18, Giselle left home to attend Dartmouth College, where he became the editor in chief of its humor magazine, Jack-O-Lantern. When Geisel and his friends were caught drinking in his dorm room one night, in violation of Prohibition law, he was kicked off the magazine staff, but continued to contribute to it using the pseudonym "Seuss."

After graduating from Dartmouth, Giselle attended Oxford University in England, with plans to eventually become a professor. While at Oxford, he met his future wife, , whom he married in 1927. That same year, he dropped out of Oxford, and the couple moved back to the United States.

ADULT LIFE:Related image
  • He won a academy award because he wrote 6 paragraph in 30 minutes which is quite cool despite the fact that he is old.
  • Seuss first wife committed suicide and so Seuss decided to marry someone else.(R.I.P)
  • After The Seven Lady Godiva's bombed, Seuss didn't write and illustrate another book targeted at adults for about 50 years.

Something that amazes me about Dr Seuss?
What amazes me is the books he makes are for children that tells me that he cares about the next generation and if you're lower than 6 or 7 than you have the ability to do anything.

W.A.L.T write a biography about a famous author of our choosing. I liked making this Doc but I thought that finding out about him was a bit hard.
